HRC prices are around EUR 530 per tonne CFR FO with 90 days LC whereas domestic levels are around EUR 560 per tonne DDP.
Even at these levels booking is sparse as Turkish and Russian Mills are aggressive and ready to jump on any possible deal by giving discount of EUR 10 per tonne to EUR 20 per tonne.
Ukrainian are not to be left behind by offering at levels around USD 670 per tonne FOB Black Sea which is equivalent to USD 700 per tonne CFR FO or EUR 480 per tonne to EUR 490 per tonne CFR FO.
