CIS small billet exports prices remained
weak over the past week. Although Chinese small billet export prices have
rebound slightly, but CIS small billet exports have drawn much attentions to
market.
Market participants pointed out that CIS providers of target small billet
market demand is currently low, in case of small billet export offers any
upward trend. In addition, due to exchange rate fluctuations and political
turmoil continue, Turkey buyers still need to buy imports small billet.
Meanwhile, the target market is expected due to the above problem cannot be
solved in the short term, those for CIS small billet export market demand is
expected to remain weak.
