Steel Billet prices at Black Sea have gone down by USD 20 per tonne to USD 30 per tonne.
Although, key players are still formally offer semis for USD 650 per tonne to USD 660 per tonne FOB Black Sea, but all actual deals during the week are reported to be at USD 620 per tonne to USD 630 per tonne.
It seems that buyers are pushing prices down to USD 610 per tonne.
